Winetasting Ambassador

The Wagyu Experience is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tasting Ambassador.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Present informative and wellexecuted tastings of wine, Wagyu beef, craft beer, whiskey, and brandy.
• Promote and sell products from the tasting room.
• Prepare tasting areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after each tasting.
• Process orders and dispatch products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Ensure tasting room policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events and private tastings.
• Assist with managing tasting room stock.

Requirements:

• Own transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant experience in the wine, food, or hospitality industry.
• Computer skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
