  • The role_


We are looking for a full-time Photography & Video Team Leader to work with our in-house teams to coordinate photo and video products to our award-winning standard, creating innovative products and marketing materials, and developing an inspiring and forward-thinking atmosphere.


This role will be split between client work output and managerial duties, meaning you will oversee work by the teams, as well as working on live files yourself.

Whilst your managerial remit will cover photography and video, your working output will mostly consist of video.

  • Key responsibilities:_
  • Inspire teams to be creative and push the boundaries of photo & video marketing
  • Assign & delegate daily jobs using inhouse CRM system
  • Supervise your team to ensure smooth production & ontime delivery
  • Editing of live video files, and batchprocessing of images with inhouse scripts
  • Coordinate input & output with external suppliers
  • Review work and give constructive feedback to editors and photo/videographers to upkeep standard of work
  • Liaise with clients to develop projects & ideas, as well as provide highquality customer care when needed
  • Brief on bespoke jobs & assist with onsite creative queries
  • Develop & implement new technologies, strategies, training & products in your team
  • Create templates & systems to streamline postproduction workflow
  • Work with onsite photo/videographers to develop and trial new products and equipment
  • Work with other Creative teams on inhouse Marketing and bespoke client projects to create a unified vision
  • Provide support & mentorship for team members, being their first point of contact
  • Host weekly team meetings & monthly 121 meetings to encourage team communication
  • Develop inhouse guide documents & train new team members
  • Approve annual leave/holiday requests within team, ensuring adequate cover
  • Report to Creative Director on ideas/issues/queries in your department

  • Requirements:_
  • Photo editing (minimum 2+ years required)
  • Video editing (minimum 3+ years required)
  • After Effects (minimum 2+ years required)
  • Access to Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop
  • Proven work experience in creating media for corporate
  • Proven work experience guiding a creative team
  • Advanced video editing knowledge in Premiere Pro & colour grading
  • Beginner knowledge of Photoshop & photo editing
  • Beginner knowledge of After Effects & light animation
  • Good internet connection and a quiet space to work
