We are hiring an Administrative Clerk at our company

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Matric certificate
  • Own transport
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must arrive at the office by 7:00 AM sharp (no excuses)
  • Driven and professional attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the maintenance team
  • Support procurement and operations with administrative tasks
  • Assist the finance team with filing and other duties
  • Provide relief for the switchboard/receptionist when needed
  • Handle general office and administrative responsibilities

Salary Range: R10,000 - R13,000 CTC
