We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Consultant, responsible for driving exceptional sales performance by providing comprehensive product knowledge and excellent customer service.

As a key liaison between customers and our company, you will adeptly handle inquiries, close deals, and ensure seamless processes from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide worldclass sales support, addressing customer inquiries and needs with efficiency and patience.
  • Actively engage with customers and colleagues to foster positive relationships and secure sales.
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to effectively meet customer expectations and drive sales.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance product attractiveness and increase revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Assertive yet respectful demeanour in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Reliable and committed to building longterm customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in active listening techniques.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Reside within a 20km radius of our Montague Gardens office.
