  • The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and administrative support to the Reward team.

Job Description:

  • In the scope of work, the Reward Advisor will work closely with the Manger Rewards and Policy to Support the annual benchmarking and review of pay scale processes.
  • Analysis of external and internal fixed and variable remuneration data to carry out benchmarking
  • Assist with the administration of the annual reward cycles (the salary and incentive reviews)
  • Prepare relevant rem communication templates
  • Participate in salary surveys, diagnostics, and reporting
  • Maintain and support the creation of documentation relating to Group Reward policies and processes
  • Project management of reward activities

This role is at our Johannesburg
Corporate Office, at a Band 6 level reporting to the Manager Rewards and Policy.

  • Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • GRP (Advantageous)

Experience:

  • Reward processes, salary benchmarking, and total compensation, and performance management
  • MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project) with advanced Excel
  • Reward in large complex multinational organisations
  • External salary surveys and their use for market benchmarking
  • Reward processes (Desired)
  • Compensation Management Tools (Desired)
  • Work analytically with strong numerical & analytical skills (Proficient)
  • Accurately work with large amounts of data (Proficient)
  • Work with compensation surveys (Desired)
