Role Overview:

The Plumber Supervisor is accountable for handling day-to-day maintenance-related plumbing tasks as delegated by the Maintenance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance Management

  • Address maintenance needs promptly and keep the management updated.
  • Efficiently complete assigned plumbing tasks.
  • Execute plumbing assignments as directed by the supervisor.
  • Use, maintain, and store equipment and basic hand and power tools properly.
  • Proficient in construction work.
  • Skilled in new installations and final fittings.
  • Competent in copper and PVC installations.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in galvanized pipe installations using self-threading pipes.

Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to applicable Acts.
  • Oversee and regulate processes and systems in the accountable area to ensure compliance and reduce business risks.

Self-development

  • Recognize training/development requirements and actively select effective solutions to bridge development gaps.
  • Establish and execute a personal development plan.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Matriculation
  • N1 - N3 in Plumbing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a plumber with solid technical expertise.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
