Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize security roles and privileges within the D365 system, catering to the unique requirements of different user groups and departments.
  • Perform thorough Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis, identifying potential conflicts and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Configure access controls to ensure data protection and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
  • Align security roles with business processes to enable efficient workflow without compromising security.
  • Utilize negative roles to restrict access and prevent unauthorized actions within the D365 system.
  • Proactively troubleshoot securityrelated issues and resolve conflicts on a duty and privilege level.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security role designs, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with a primary focus on Security Role Customization and Development.
  • Profound understanding of configuring security roles, duties, and privileges within the D365 environment.
  • Strong expertise in performing SoD risk analysis and implementing access controls in complex D365 environments.
  • Indepth knowledge of the retail, manufacturing, asset management, sales, and human resources modules within D36
  • Familiarity with how security roles and privileges impact access to fields, forms, and tables in D36
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve securityrelated issues and permission discrepancies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and maintaining detailed security role documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related fields
