Crucial to the future success of the business we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team.


Main purpose of Job:


As part of the Professional Services team, the Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful end-to-end functional delivery of the IsoMetrix solution to our customers through effective engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Implementation Consultant is also responsible for managing a small team of Implementation Consultants from a day-to-day operational point of view through effective onboarding, upskilling, guiding and mentoring assignments.


Implementation Consultant duties and responsibilities**:

  • Manage operational implementation activities while adhering to the IsoMetrix implementation methodology, processes and enforced project standards
  • Responsible for managing small teams of Implementation Consultants. This includes onboarding, upskilling, guiding, mentoring and providing technical support and other HR team lead related functions
  • Responsible for capacity planning, achieving utilisation
- and billability targets and other key performance areas within the team that support the strategic goals of the Professional Services department

  • Facilitate requirementsgathering sessions with customers in order to identify business objectives
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert during client orientation, scoping and gap analysis sessions
  • Ensure functional delivery is aligned with IsoMetrix quality and customer objectives to support commercial sustainability of the Professional Services department
  • Responsible for technical and functional advisory in terms of System Design and Implementation
  • Develop a proper understanding of the Isometrix software capabilities including configuration of the system and dashboards
  • Remain up to date with all new features after each service pack release. Enable sharing of new features to implementation team members
  • Ensure optimal system performance through design and development of solutions within the framework of the IsoMetrix software capability
  • Responsible for ensuring all project documentation is current and uptodate. Documentation to be in line with Isometrix Project Framework and may include process flows, usecases, design considerations and other aspects related to systems and business analysis functions
  • Effectively communicate with all parties involved in the implementation process
  • Conduct requirement review meetings to validate requirements
  • Conduct design review sessions to ensure developed system meets requirements
  • Responsible for timeous feedback on project progress to Project Managers and clients
  • Liaise with project manager and stakeholders on project details, deadlines and identified risks
  • Identify, report, mitigate and resolve key project risks relating to functional delivery
  • Own the development of customerspecific training material where necessary
  • Own the facilitation of customer training when required

Minimum Requirements:
(Experience)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Project Management or in HSEQ / GRC / ESG related field
  • Diploma / postgraduate qualification in Business Analysis (advantageous)
  • 6+ years of experience in project implementation or in a business/systems analysis role
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing IsoMetrix Solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully implemented initiatives
