  • Able to manage all admin tasks.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • To always look presentable and behave professional at all times.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • To attend to all relevant reports required by your Line Manager or Supervisor and/or any reasonable report supporting the company's smooth administrative flow.
  • Recruitment and selection support.
  • Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.
  • To manage orders dispatch and courier services for other region orders.
  • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
  • Inventory management.
