Our client within the medical industry specialty is in the area of providing medical equipment suppliers to theatres in South Africa.


Education & Experience:

Matric as well as N6 or similar

No experience required

Minimum requirements:

***- English & Afrikaans (speak, read, write)

  • Good communicator
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to execute instructions correctly
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Trustworthy and honesty in the handling of cash or finances
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Accounting package knowledge advantageous

Duties/Daily task will include:

  • Capturing transactions on the electronic accounting system and on any other necessary systems
  • Distribute fleet and credit card statements
  • Distribute cell phone accounts to users
  • Distribute Etoll accounts to users
  • Prepare courier calculations
  • Calculate and invoice admin fees
  • Debtors Follow up
  • Delegate filling to Junior Clerk
  • Process cheques, bills, receipts, vouchers, licenses or permits
