Description


A very well-established commercial vehicles company is looking for a well-spoken, confident and customer-focused person with motor industry experience to join their team.

You will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls, following up on the service provided by the company (sales and workshop related) and maintaining an up-to-date CRM system.

This position requires attention to detail, the ability to speak English and Afrikaans fluently, excellent telephone manner and great administration skills.

It is ESSENTIAL that you have some motor industry experience.

Job Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of RECENT Customer Service experience in the motor industry

Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Outstanding telephone manner

Good Excel and other computer skills

A stable work history
