ERP Implementation:

  • Lead and participate in the endtoend implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) for clients.
  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and configure the ERP system to meet client needs.

System Customization:

  • Customize and extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O through system configurations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.

Business Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and optimize clients' business processes to align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

User Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for endusers to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Document client requirements, specifications, and change requests.

Testing**:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of the ERP system.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with client stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage and set expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of [5] years of experience as an F&O Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and other relevant areas.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (X++), Power Platform, and integration tools.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business and technical problems.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for onsite client engagements as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
