Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives, focusing on product features, benefits, and clinical data.
  • Equip sales representatives with effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Design and implement training for new and existing sales reps, emphasizing product knowledge, detailing strategies, and industry compliance.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and case studies.
  • Evaluate and adjust training programs to enhance outcomes and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product advancements, industry trends, and regulatory modifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate information.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales reps' performance, offering feedback and coaching.
  • Facilitate role-playing scenarios for sales technique practice and objection handling.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and technology setup.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales training, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • Skills:
    • Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare environment.
    • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Proficient in developing training materials and utilizing various training methodologies.
    • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in pharmaceutical sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
