Daily cleaning of SACEMA offices, including the kitchen, offices, bathrooms, seminar room, and common areas:

This includes:
Sweeping and mopping the floors; Vacuuming the carpets at least once per week; Dusting and polishing office furniture at least weekly, taking care not to disorganise documents and papers on desks, etc.; Emptying dustbins daily; Cleaning internal glass doors and windows daily and exterior doors and windows as required. Cleaning bathrooms daily:
- Cleaning basins and toilets and ensuring that bathrooms are sanitary;
- Assisting with venue setup;
- Assisting with welcome packs and name tags.
- Acting as messenger and running minor errands;
- Assisting with filing and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the line manager;
- Assisting with monitoring the CCTV station and gate access for visitors.
