We're looking for travel enthusiasts like you to join our teams in Durbanville, Hillcrest, Somerset West, and Gqeberha.


As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the navigator of dreams, the creator of bespoke adventures, and the mastermind behind unforgettable journeys.


Your mission is simple:
provide exceptional service, expert advice, and create personalized travel itineraries for our cherished travelers.

You'll also be a sales virtuoso, contributing to our overall profitability by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with travelers, ensuring repeat business and glowing referrals.
  • Create and sell customized travel itineraries, tailoring every detail to match individual preferences, budgets, and needs.
  • Provide invaluable advice on travel destinations, from visas to travel insurance, leaving no question unanswered.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by upselling, crossselling, and championing our preferred partners.
  • Maintain meticulous records and client details through our operational systems, ensuring a seamless journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring that our travelers always experience the latest and greatest.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales Savvy
    :A minimum of 1 year's experience in a sales and targetdriven role.
  • Communication Ace: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service Star: Strong sales and customer service skills that shine in any situation.
  • Pressure-Proof: The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ensuring every journey is on schedule.
  • Reservation Wizardry
    :Proficiency in reservation systems, such as Amadeus, is advantageous.
  • Passion Unleashed: A burning
    passion for travel and a treasure trove of knowledge about popular destinations.
  • The Adventure Never Sleeps: As this is retail travel, the
    ability to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis is essential.
