Expert knowledge and custodian of SAP MM/WM and other applicable applications in the MM/WM domain, including supporting utilities, related systems and Cross module integration and support Service Level Management – adherence to Service levels as agreed between IM (Information Management and its stakeholders Ability to identify bottle necks and assist in resolving such issues within SAP MM/WM and peripheral systems.

Maintenance and development requests (exploration, business case, approval process, planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation) Effective Communication of change to users Adherence to set standards Continuous Improvement drive and efficiency of Support within ArcelorMittal South Africa Interaction with 3rd party suppliers and management of the quotation and approval process Continuous exposure and participation in the introduction of modern technology Ensure continuous adherence to Legal Compliance requirements Interaction with ArcelorMittal units on SAP MM/WM global activities Training of SAP MM (Materials Management) users on usage, best practices, and advanced concepts.

SAP configuration and Implementation Demand Management within the SAP domain Detail specification of technical enhancements or new developments Population of a solution database to improve turnaround of maintenance and support logs Participation in Special Interest Groups and other local expert groups Strives to deliver high quality, fit-for-purpose, reusable, and maintainable solutions within the allocated time and with a minimum of rework.

Maintaining an understanding and self-education in terms of current best practices, trends and events, cloud services. Reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for ArcelorMittal South Africa. Callout service as and when required. Responsible for managing change requests (Order book) and Demand change requests.

Managing Customer Satisfaction Qualification:
B-Degree / Higher National Diploma / B-Tech Degree (NQF7/10) in Computer ScienceSAP HCM certification will be advantageous Experience and Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience SAP support experience and/or SAP Trainer experience and/or SAP Super User experience – In the MM/WM space 6 years relevant experience in the specific Business Process environment Proven experience in MM/WM SAP ERP environment Thorough knowledge and application of SAP concepts Change management experience (SAP System, Process and User)

SAP solutions Implementation - Migration and upgrade experience. Strong Project Management skills, specifically in Information Management space. Strong management, leadership and mentoring ability and proven experience.

Extensive experience in all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC), from user requirements gathering through design, development, and implementation/training Exceptional technical ability to disign, setup, installation, configuration and administration of IT and EUE related infrastructure Extended experience with SAP MM/WM fault finding and root cause analysis Business contnuity planning knowledge Proven experience in auditing legislative and/or regulatory compliance.

SAP MM/WM Configuration and Implementation experience Ability to conform to SLA (Service Level Agreement) for logging and tracking of Incidents/Changes and Tasks (ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles) Detail knowledge of the Sox controls within the environment Able to do R&D (Research & Development) and keep up with SAP technology ArcelorMittal South Africa Business Process Knowledge (Advantageous) ArcelorMittal SAP Application and Technology direction insight (Advantageous) Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for systems and processes Personal Attributes:
