Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a deep understanding of the organization's strategy to identify, design, and deliver relevant, scalable, and testable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to independently analyze customer requirements and varying business capabilities, framing complex business problems within solution designs.
  • Employ emotional, social, and business acumen to understand stakeholders' perspectives and reconcile divergent opinions within solution designs.
  • Lead design thinking processes to develop solution blueprints and associated roadmaps.
  • Design endtoend solution blueprints ensuring implementation across all phases of the initiative lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of detailed feasibilities and business cases.
  • Make informed choices in solution design, leveraging a strong engineering background and expertise in modern software design practices.
  • Assume accountability for solution blueprint design and delivery decisions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with project/program management teams to align solution roadmaps with strategic requirements.
  • Work embedded within delivery teams to ensure successful design and implementation of solution blueprints.
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment of solution detail across all architecture domains to the organization's objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design.
  • Experience in FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury environments and technologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially AWS, with relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and practice of Design Thinking.
  • Understanding of risk and compliance considerations in solution architecture.

Additional Skills (preferred):

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and reconcile divergent stakeholder opinions.
  • Experience leading design thinking workshops.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
