Our client wants to grow their team and we are looking for a Senior Data Modeller(X1) for 12 months with a possibility of extension.


Objective of this Scope of Work


The Data Modeller Specialist will drive improvement of the data management maturity levels and provide the necessary technical support to Project Everest, Risk Unit Management and FX Monitoring Project, to support reliable and effective decision making, appropriate usage, and protection.


Scope of Services Definition

  • Design and implement data modelling solutions which include but not limited to the use of relational, dimensional and NoSQL databases
  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models as required by the client business units and their various programmes
  • Identify and adopt an enterprise data model as a standard for data model designs to leverage best practice and fast track modelling efforts
  • Monitor, measure and report the data modelling and data development quality levels to ensure the correct information is captured on business requirements.
  • Assume the key responsibility for remediation of data models and data development issues.
  • Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts.
  • To monitor, measure and report the data modelling and data development quality levels to ensure the correct information is captured on business requirements
  • To ensure that the coverage of entities necessary to respond to the business requirement are accounted for in the data models
  • To develop and manage stakeholder relations effectively to promote data modelling awareness across the organisation and support reliable decision making
  • To deliver test scripts for the data models and see the data models through implementation
  • To deliver all the necessary supporting documents relating to data modeling

Minimum Qualification Required:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in informatics, Computer Science or Information Management OR equivalent;
  • A minimum of five to eight years' experience in a data management environment
