Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven track record in the security industry / Customer Orientated;
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);
  • Clear criminal record ;
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure;
  • Grade A PSIRA Certification;
  • Own cell phone;
  • Investigative skills;
  • Risk report writing critical;
  • Driving the Operations strategy daily

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • The daily operations management of a site in liaison with the Operations Manager
  • Attain and maintain a professional site standard;;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the client;
  • Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management
  • Training and development;
  • Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site


 Report Writing
  • Monthly reports and incident reports
  • Creating site rosters;
  • After hours site visits compulsory;
  • Staffing ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations
