We are expanding our Company and we are looking for a vibrant and energetic sales administrator to join our team, to give our customers excellent service.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Friendly Receive and assist walk-in customers

  • Handle incoming sales calls and redirect when necessary
  • Identify prospects and set up appointments for Sales Representatives
  • Direct support to Sales Specialists
  • Prepare and submit quotations
  • Follow up on quotations submitted
  • Process customer orders
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Maintain customer details on CRM on an ongoing basis
  • Filing and general administrative work
  • Invoicing on Sage Ensure that statements are sent out daily
  • Coordinate fitment dates with customers
  • Installation team Coordinator.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

  • Matric
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with customer service
  • Have a good understanding of and experience in quoting, invoicing and stock control
Excellent computer skills and good Excel skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely organised, accurate and able to handle pressure
  • Technical background and experience
  • Ability to learn online quoting software
Working in in the Aluminium industry and technical drawing experience is an advantage

Salary:
R7, R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
