CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTS
  • Engineering Degree / BCom Degree essential with an MBA / CA (SA) or relevant Masters degree being preferred (Combination of qualifications is advantageous)
  • Minimum 8 years in a deal-making environment, with 5 years in people management
  • Strong credit and risk analysis skills
  • Experience in leading and closing BEE or private equity transactions
  • Technical and industry knowledge of BEE financing and corporate finance
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Well-developed business networks within the BEE investment community and SA financial markets
  • Proven ability to generate deal flow
