ROLE SUMMARY:

• To adopt a holistic view to students in their care, promoting the general progress and wellbeing of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. To create a positive learning environment and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, prepare and present interesting and exciting EGD lessons.
• Establish a teaching environment that is nurturing, and which promotes engaged learning.
• Behave in a professional manner regarding punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and students' homework.
• Evaluate, reflect on, and refine teaching practice.
• Be open to continuously developing ones teaching through personal and school wide professional development.
• Teach extra lessons, when required, on two afternoons per week.
• Produce resources of a high standard for students.

• A skilled receptionist plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of any organization, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. To excel in this role, a receptionist should possess a diverse skill set that goes beyond just answering phones and greeting guests. 1.

Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication is crucial. Must be able to convey information clearly and professionally to a variety of individuals.- 2.

Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service is paramount. Always be friendly, patient, and empathetic when dealing with inquiries and requests.- 3.

Organization:
Managing appointments, schedules, and administrative tasks requires strong organizational skills. Being able to multitask efficiently is also essential.- 4.

Problem-Solving:
At times we encounter unexpected situations and should be adept at finding solutions quickly. 6.

Adaptability:
The ability to adapt to different situations and remain composed under pressure is crucial
