En tant qu'Ambassadeur de notre Marque, votre mission sera d'apporter au client une expérience et un service unique dont il se souviendra.
Votre mission sera de saisir toutes les opportunités afin d'accroître le chiffre d'affaire en harmonie avec la philosophie luxe de Bottega Veneta.
Votre contribution Réussir les objectifs de vente en accord avec la stratégie de l'entreprise et utiliser les techniques de vente afin de maximiser la performance
Partager les « best practices » afin de construire une cohésion d'équipe harmonieuse
Délivrer un service client d'excellence et cultiver la relation client à l'aide d'un service après-vente efficace
Régulièrement collecter et mettre à jour les informations client pour le CRM et le Client Book.
S'assurer que les informations liées au stock sont à jours et effectuer les demandes de transfert correctement
S'assurer du respect des processus en lien avec les guidelines de la Marque
Incarner les valeurs du service de notre Marque à chaque instant
Qui êtes-vous Vous êtes capable de construire des relations fructueuses sur le long terme avec tous types de clients à travers le monde
Vous êtes un /une Sales Associate confirmé(e) idéalement avec des expériences dans l'univers du luxe
Vous êtes un /une excellent(e) communicant(e)
Vous êtes force de proposition sur les performances commerciales
Vous êtes capable d'effectuer des ventes croisées avec tous les univers de catégorie de produit
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de l'univers du prêt à porter
Vous êtes polyvalent, avec le goût du challenge
Vous maîtrisez le Français et l'Anglais (la maitrise d'une troisième langue est un plus)
