QA Specialist (Contract, Remote, Entry Level)We will review your application against our job requirements.

We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

You will:

  • Perform quality assurance for audio recordings:
  • Make sure that the caller follows the provided phone script
  • Make sure that all information on the call is aligned with the report.
  • Checking if we can reach out to the prospect by the provided phone number
  • Work with multiple international internal and external teams

Qualifications:

  • Advanced level of English (listening, speaking, writing, and speech)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail

Please note:
this position requires working in US time zone (EST) 9 am to 6 pm
Working hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST with one hour lunch break. Are you okay with this?

The starting gross compensation for this position is 350 USD per month with the increase to 400 USD after 6 months with the Company.
