Role Description:


We are offering a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Boutique Manager located in the vibrant City of Cape Town.

You will play a pivotal role in the store's success by overseeing daily operations, managing sales both in-store and online, handling inventory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following:

Job Duties:

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly todo lists, communicating throughout.
  • Outstanding customer service skills that foster positive customer relationships.
  • Strong communication prowess and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels, and achieving sales targets.
  • Adaptability to work efficiently in a highpressure, fastpaced setting with strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Arrange collections & deliveries.
  • Follow up on client quotes sent out.
  • Social media management skills will be a bonus.

Additional Requirements:
As part of our commitment to success, we expect the following from our Assistant Boutique Manager:

  • Flexibility to work on public holidays.
  • Availability for two Saturdays per month.
