Aftersales Director

We are looking for a skilled Aftersales Director to establish objectives and develop the strategies needed to reach them in the automotive industry.

• Create and implement a strategic account management plan to meet sales goals and provide necessary customer support.
• Manage sales forecast and business planning outlooks.
• Offer guidance for planning and executing marketing and product development initiatives and maintain the Regional Business Strategy.
• Lead crossfunctional teams to spot improvement opportunities, reach growth targets, manage budget, and execute business planning process effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Global teams to achieve key performance indicators for the region.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, offer data-driven recommendations to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction levels.
• Mentor teams through knowledge sharing and open communication, foster engagement and feedback.
• Define team structure and skill requirements to support customer needs.
• Negotiate and establish deliverables with external service providers to ensure contract compliance.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to maintain high standards and reliability.
• Understand customer business needs, articulate value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, manage multiple priorities efficiently, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines with high-quality results.

• Engineering / Sales / Commercial Tertiary Qualification
• OEM and Dealership experience required
• Senior Management background
