Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our company's products and services to potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and long-standing clients, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting Products: Showcase and sell our company's offerings to potential clients through various means such as face-to-face interactions, phone communications, and online platforms.
  • Client Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat engagements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint new business avenues, comprehend client needs, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing sales goals and business ambitions.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to upper management, offering insights into sales achievements and identifying potential growth opportunities.
  • Product Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services, ensuring knowledge is current with any new introductions or modifications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a comparable sales capacity, with a demonstrated history of successfully achieving sales goals.
  • Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal expertise.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund, and paid leave. We estimate an average annual salary of approximately R700,000 based on location (Olifantsfontein) and the requirement for reliable transportation.
