About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skills
  • Keep up to date with any changes in regulations and policies
  • Visiting work locations to confirm effectiveness of technical training programs
  • Coach and document feedback to associates and trainees
  • Working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Have a degree in law or equivalent legal related work field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in training and development is a plus
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Flexibility in working schedule
