The Store Manager will have the responsibility of supervising a team of sales associates and ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and successfully. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, boosting sales, and upholding the brand's image, the manager's role is essential in meeting business goals and nurturing a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish clear expectations and offer continuous feedback and training to aid in team growth and performance enhancement.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that values, empowers, and energizes team members to strive for excellence.
  • Devise and execute strategies to propel sales growth, exploit revenue opportunities, and ensure profitability.
  • Address escalated customer concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently, securing a favorable resolution and sustaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Introduce initiatives to enrich the overall customer journey.
  • Supervise the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand displays that effectively showcase products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures governing store operations, including opening and closing protocols, security measures, and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to craft and implement strategic plans and programs aligned with business objectives and industry trends.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Store Management.
  • Completion of Matric.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail management, preferably in a high-end or luxury fashion setting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities that inspire and drive a team towards achieving objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
