  • Facilitate and coordinate end to end implementation of prioritized and approved solutions for relevant product house, business unit or segment.
  • Ensure design of customer centric and sustainable solutions, products, enhancements and business cases that are integrated across channels and deliver on the strategic objectives of product house, business unit or segment.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goal.
- _ 5+ years in product management, business development or alliance/partnership roles in payments, specifically merchant acquiring_
- _ Ability to analyze merchant needs and industry trends to develop competitive product roadmaps._
- _ Deep expertise in payments landscape - credit/debit networks, POS systems, gateways, wallets, EFT rails etc._
- _ Experience crafting differentiated payment acceptance value propositions for various merchant segments._
  • Drive merchant acquiring value proposition by delivering tailored omnichannel payment acceptance solutions across cards, wallets, EFT, and other emerging rails._
  • Coordinate and track platform enablement and adoption through partnerships, APIs, and infrastructure modernization to enhance merchant experience and bank competitiveness._
