Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA

  • Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
  • Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
  • Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Qualification in Dentistry or Dental Assistance
  • 1 year or more of clinical chairside experience required
  • Minimum of B2+ English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
  • Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus
  • Progressive, businessminded professional who wants a nonclinical position in the dental industry
