A Vehicle Costing Clerk position is available at a Motor Vehicle Dealership situated in Shelley Beach to be part of their Service Department team.


Duties:
  • Ensure registration of warranty for vehicles
  • Support with service administration and calls when required
  • Check Job Cards daily
  • Verify sales and manufacturing dates
  • Ensure accuracy of chassis and engine numbers
  • Review service history and additional work needed
  • Accurately allocate costs and provide quotations
  • Attend to general costing and work progress
  • Handle queries, corrections, and job card reversals
  • Monitor cash flow, banking, and outstanding payments

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Vehicle Costing Clerk in the Automotive Industry
  • Proficiency in Kerridge system
  • Valid driver's license
  • Positive, customer-oriented personality
Qualified and experienced candidates will be given priority in the selection process.
