Registered as a Professional Architect or Professional ArchitecturalTechnologist with SACAPMinimum 10 years post graduate experience fulfilling the role of project architect, performing both architectural and managerial duties, to lead and execute any scale or complexity of project from start to finishHands-on lead, manager, and project co-ordinatorRelevant construction site experience and ability to fulfil project management roleExtensive knowledge and ability to detail and resolve all technical components of a buildingComprehensive knowledge of contractual and statutory requirementsWork independently or collaboratively in a teamAdvanced use of RevitAccountability and ownership of all duties under your scope of works
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Plan and manage all aspects of a project including technical, contractual. and administrative documents of large complex projectsLead and manage all interactions with the client.
