Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in a timely manner.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth services and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a highvolume setting.
  • Indepth knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and stock management skills.
