**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth services and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume setting.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
