Educational Recommendations
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field will be preferable.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Research and develop cloud operations best practices along the dimensions of process, roles, platforms/tools, and metrics/reporting.
  • Working with a senior team member, you will design, analyse, and improve operations processes, e.g., TroubletoResolve, OrdertoAccept, ConcepttoLaunch, and MeasuretoImprove
  • Working with a senior member, you will research markets and assess opportunities for new services development, as well as design gotomarket campaigns
  • Author reports, presentations, and white papers
  • Create dashboards and visualisation using tools such as Power BI, and excel based models for financial analysis
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Strong research and problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated, proactive attitude, and selflearning abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Telco and cloud understanding or experience
