Komatsu supports a myriad of markets, including housing, infrastructure, water, pipeline, minerals, automobile, aerospace, electronics and medical, through its many brands and subsidiaries, including TimberPro, Joy, P&H, Montabert, Modular Mining Systems, Hensley Industries, NTC, and Gigaphoton.


Job Specification (not totally inclusive):

  • Complete accurate sales trend analysis and produced and communicated on a monthly basis;
  • Tracking relevant cost pushing indicators to ensure that pricing escalations can be sufficiently substantiated and implemented;
  • Ensuring pricing contracts are valid and adhered to, where applicable;
  • Ensuring the approval route for any changes in pricing of spares is sound and involves the minimum authorizations that are appropriate; and
  • Ensuring proposals are produced to a high professional standard. And aid the business in promoting sales.

Minimum Skills required
:

  • Degree in related field, plus 5 years of related experience is essential;
  • Must have high level of numeracy and analysis (also able to manipulate spreadsheets);
  • Comprehensive understanding of profit/loss and pricing metrics;
  • Knowledge of SAP MRP module is essential;
  • Computer literate in MS office suit (Advanced Excel); and
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.

  • A positive approach to problem solving, decision making and dealing with a wide range of people including senior stakeholders; and
  • Must demonstrate high end analytical and numeric skills.
