Role:
Project Manager

Work Location:
We offer a hybrid setup for applicants located in the UAE, while also considering remote applicants from anywhere.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and effort requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring their efficient utilization and alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and final project outcomes.
  • Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and ensure effective project execution.
  • Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Risk Management and Problem-solving:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Proactively address projectrelated issues and conflicts, escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates, ensuring alignment between project progress and client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative partnership.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in a data analytics, IT consulting or technologyfocused company.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding crossfunctional teams towards project success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage track projects and optimize resource allocation.

Good skills to have:

  • Understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, cloud data products, and database management systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
