Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met;
  • Building strong pipeline of talents while keeping abreast of talent market happenings;
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview coordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & onboarding processes;
  • Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders;
  • Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report recruitment status;
  • Manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS;
  • Ensuring data integrity on monthly basis.

Key Requirements

  • Recognized bachelor degree with at least 23 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience;
  • Full cycle recruitment experience (within an agency/search firm is preferable);
  • Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices;
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques;
  • Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
  • Excellent followup skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a handson, fastpaced environment with high degree of ambiguity;
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problemsolving skills;
  • Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things;
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills knowledge of Romanian/Bulgarian language would be additional plus.
