Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives. Recommend and demonstrate relevant products or services that align with clients' goals and provide valueadded solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Develop an indepth understanding of clients' businesses and industries to anticipate their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services to address clients' pain points and objections.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals and pricing quotes based on clients' requirements and budget considerations. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to prioritize activities and maximize sales conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine sales strategies and improve product/service offerings.
  • Inherent Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
