JOB DESCRIPTION CREDITORS DEBTORS /ADMIN ASSISTANT:

  • Process of all invoices. Ensure job cards are correct, scanned and sent through to correct account person

  • Provide general accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Ensure clients internal system are understood and used correctly ie asset force.
  • Stock items captured on Pastel Evolution
  • Assist with general AD HOC Duties
  • Paperwork filled and accounted for also on share drive
  • Handling traffic fine admin for technicians vehicles. keeping a record of vehicle license discs renewals
  • Remittances month end
  • Job card book preparation
  • Fleet management admin of vehicles/traffic fines up to date, license disc renewal
  • LOA letters of authority

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate. Pastel evolution experience
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Patience and ability to handle a fast paced busy environment
  • Detail focused
  • Strong on navigating around different online platforms

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
