Duties:
Receptionist dutiesCustomer liaison, quotes and invoicing and work closely with the Debtors Clerk.
Costing, stock control and spreadsheets for reporting purposes.

Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs in co-operation with External Sales Executive or Business Developer at your allocated branch.

Service existing accounts & obtain ordersEstablish new accountsPlanning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Develop strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and customer loyalty in building the customer base.

Calling on customers and servicing their needsFind new sales leadsSell products or services to businesses or consumers/customers and work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.

Maximise sales and provide excellent customer service while adhering to all company standards, policies and procedures.
