Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of guest service, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for all residents.
  • Residence Management: Oversee the daily operations of the estate's residences, including guest checkins, checkouts, and personalized services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate private events, wine tastings, and other gatherings held on the estate, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring residences are in impeccable condition and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Wine Estate Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the estate's wines and offerings to residents and visitors.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including reservations, invoicing, and guest communications.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain the estate's high standards, including housekeeping and service protocols.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar residence or estate management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional Service: Dedication to providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Wine Knowledge: Basic understanding of wines and the ability to convey information to guests.
  • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
