Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand invoices thoroughly to ensure accuracy in despatch operations.
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes efficiently.
  • Perform tasks that require physical movement, ensuring you are physically fit for the role.
  • Accurately identify different categories of stock to avoid confusion and mistakes.
  • Have a solid understanding of the despatch process, including loading and offloading.
  • Track vehicles using Netstar daily and provide hourly updates on their status.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with team members and other departments.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Coordinate loads efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct stock counts as needed.
  • Be flexible with lunch breaks and working hours to ensure loads are completed without
