**Requirements**:

- Matric with relevant qualification.
- Prior experience in a despatch role
- **MUST BE FROM A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SECTOR**
- Ability to read and comprehend invoices.
- Knowledge of route planning and load coordination.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
- Proficiency in tracking vehicles using systems like Netstar.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to identify various stock categories accurately.
- Flexibility with working hours and break times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand invoices thoroughly to ensure accuracy in despatch operations.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes efficiently.
- Perform tasks that require physical movement, ensuring you are physically fit for the role.
- Accurately identify different categories of stock to avoid confusion and mistakes.
- Have a solid understanding of the despatch process, including loading and offloading.
- Track vehicles using Netstar daily and provide hourly updates on their status.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with team members and other departments.
- Must be fluent in English
- Coordinate loads efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct stock counts as needed.
