Key Accounts Manager

Job purpose
The purpose of this Job Description is to provide the employee with a brief overview as to the extent of his/her duties within the position as enclosed herein.
The employee is required to perform any duties as issued by his/her direct Manager from time to time that are legal and reasonable to expect of the employee in line with his/her daily duties.
Duties and responsibilities
- Creating a buyin for TV products with key retailers and partners.
- Get Quarterly forecast from Key accounts and partners.
- Build new relationships with Key retailers and partners
- Maintain strong relationships with current Retailers and partners.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share and drive growth.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy.
- Represent the Company by visiting customers to get feedback on Company products and services.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers timeously.
- Serve as the link of communication between Key customers and internal teams.
- Assist with issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep track of clients SOH and adjust planning accordingly.
- Discuss and assist Marketing teams where possible with sellout.
- Develop and maintain strategic longterm trusting relationships with clients to accomplish strategic growth.
- Serve as contact point for Key customers and the company's internal departments.
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way to maintain the Company's strategy and good relations.
- Gather, research and communicate customers need in products and price points.
- Research and source new potential clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and inform the procurement department.
- Track sales and promotions and match them with forecast
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 Years' Experience in the Consumer Electronic industry.
Database of major retailers
Proficient in Excel.
Proficient on SAP.
Knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistic processes beneficial.
