We are in search of an experienced Freelance Account Manager to become part of our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing client accounts, organizing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position calls for excellent organizational skills, effective communication capabilities, and a solid grasp of advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the main contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
    • Understanding client needs and objectives, ensuring that campaigns meet their expectations.
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, campaign performance, and any issues.

  • Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
    • Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
    • Monitor campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

  • Project Management
    • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables within budget.
    • Prepare project briefs, schedules, and status reports.
    • Oversee the approval process for creative work and media plans.

  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring cost efficiency.
    • Handle client billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
    • Track project expenses and manage resource allocation effectively.

  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work meeting client expectations.
    • Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
    • Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required.

  • Business Development
    • Recognize opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts.
    • Support the account director in pitching and securing new clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to shape client strategies.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience in advertising or marketing.
    • Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns.

  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial reporting.
