DUTIES:

  • 1st and 2nd line technical support, ICT. helpdeskservices.
  • 1st and 2nd line server support (Monitor networkuptime, bandwidth, latency; manageserverpermissions/security)
  • Backup administrator
  • Coordinate and liaise with 3rd line. vendors/external service provider regarding the ICT infrastructure.
  • Exchange/ Office 365 administrator, Monitor, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems.
  • Administersecurity systems (Active. directory, biometric access
- system, firewall, antivirus, proxy server, etc.)

  • Monitoring and control of ICT.

  • Organize andschedule upgrades and maintenance.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Desktop support in a Microsoft environment including hardware, software, and printer both onsite and remotely allocated.
  • Manage information technology and computer systems to support all business operations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage an IT Helpdesk system.

  • Responsible for maintaining the ERP and related services, database maintenance, user accounts, and other related systems.
  • Ensure that reliable performance of ERP system, assist users in all aspects of ERP system Use installation, Troubleshoots, and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.

  • Monitor the ERP System daily and respond immediately to security, usability concerns and resolve help desk requests.
