AufgabenStellenbeschreibung

End-to-End-Produktverantwortung, d. h. Verbesserung der Effizienz, Verringerung der Verschwendung, Ermittlung und Umsetzung von Lösungen, Festlegung von Anforderungen, Planung und Verfolgung des Produktbudgets, Einhaltung von Fristen und genaue Dokumentation der erforderlichen Anforderungen. Um dies zu gewährleisten, ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Product Ownern und dem IT-Produktteam unerlässlich.

Alle Aktivitäten müssen in Übereinstimmung mit der lokalen/globalen strategischen Planung und den Standards in Übereinstimmung mit dem Integritäts
- und Anti-Korruptionskodex des Unternehmens, der Richtlinie über Interessenkonflikte und den S.H.E.Anforderungen durchgeführt werden und die delegierten S.H.E.Aufgaben und Pflichten erfüllen sowie den Vorgesetzten über Abweichungen informieren.

Anforderungen der Stelle
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Planung von Projekten, der Definition von Ergebnissen und der Kontrolle von Qualität und Kosten.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, ein Umfeld für Ideenfindung, Prototyping und Produktion zu schaffen.
- Nachgewiesener Geschäftssinn, um vom Entwurf zur Umsetzung zu gelangen, und vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit der Skalierung eines Konzepts.
- Muss über IT-Entwicklungs
- und Systemkenntnisse verfügen
- Erfahrung mit den SAP-Modulen MM, WM, PP oder SD
- Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsmethoden und -praktiken (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Office Suite, einschließlich Word, Excel und Outlook
- Erfahrung in der Einführung von Initiativen, die Multiplattform-Technologien nutzen.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen im In
- und Ausland und zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Modell
- Fähigkeit, die für die Funktion erforderlichen körperlichen und geistigen Mindestanforderungen zu erfüllen.
- Hervorragende Fähigkeit zum effektiven Multitasking bei gleichzeitiger Arbeit an mehreren Projekten.

Ergebnisse
- Verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordinierung von Aktivitäten, die erforderlich sind, um das Produkt in Einklang mit der strategischen Zukunftsplanung zu bringen.
- Klare Kommunikation und Darstellung des Werts des Produkts innerhalb der Organisation.
- Bewertung, Dokumentation, Scoping und Priorisierung neuer Anforderungen.
- Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Implementierung und Management neuer Prozesse zur Steigerung der Produktivität.
- Teilnahme an und Feedback zu allen Aktivitäten, bei denen QA-Praktiken und -Risiken zu berücksichtigen sind, wie z. B. das Schreiben von User Stories, Testnotizen vor der Entwicklung und die Durchführung von QA-Testaktivitäten in Übereinstimmung mit Prozessen und Qualitätsrichtlinien, um Mängel/Qualitätsprobleme in Projekten zu identifizieren.
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Umsetzung und Bewertung des Produktbudgets.
- Effektive Kommunikation und Feedback zwischen dem IT-Produktteam und den Geschäftsinteressenten.
- Bereitstellung von Feedback für das Management.
- Funktion als Eskalationsstelle für Kundenprobleme, die eine Lösung für Produktänderungen erfordern.
- Teilnahme an Teamdiskussionen und Bereitstellung von Beiträgen zu strategischen Teamentscheidungen
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Beseitigung von Hindernissen, die sich auf den erfolgreichen Abschluss von Projekten auswirken.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in verschiedenen Zeitzonen.
- Einhaltung der Integritäts
- und Anti-Korruptionskodizes des Unternehmens, der Richtlinie zu Interessenkonflikten und der S.H.E.Q.Anforderungen sowie Durchführung der delegierten S.H.E.Q.Aufgaben und Pflichten und Information der Vorgesetzten über Abweichungen.
