Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide valuation & advisory services in relation to real estate acquisitions, disposals, financing, insurance, financial reporting, feasibility, and market studies.
  • Site inspections and measurement of improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify comparable evidence.
  • Perform valuations according to set valuation standards and principles.
  • Compile valuation reports in terms of set frameworks, guidelines, and templates.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Adhere to all the valuations regulations and professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in real estate or related fields
  • 23 years of commercial valuations experience
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
